About: As a new ground up development, the goal of this project was to create a collaborative workspace for the general contractor Client to house trade and design partners. This was achieved through traditional private floor office units, hybrid co-working stations, and shared common areas and amenities. A land swap and multiple easements provided opportunity for a small, irregularly shaped site to share parking, reduce site improvement costs and maximize buildable area. The architectural solution resulted in a flexible building conveniently situated along a bustling transit corridor.
